🌾 Almanac
Nature doesn’t stand still.
Neither do we.
Unlike the timeless pages throughout Mist Connections, Almanac is a seasonal record of observations, experiences, and discoveries as they unfolded.
Some entries celebrate discoveries. Others record surprises, mistakes, or questions that remain unanswered. Together, they tell the story of learning to pay closer attention to the natural world, one season at a time.
The pages in the library are designed to answer questions as clearly and objectively as possible. The entries here are different. They are personal accounts of what I observed, experienced, and learned in a particular place and season. They are offered not as universal truths, but as invitations to observe, experiment, and draw your own conclusions.
Whether you’re following the changing year alongside me or simply looking for inspiration for your own adventures, I hope these entries encourage you to step outside, notice something new, and perhaps begin an almanac of your own.
